Riggs Ward Design created the Time is a River interactive timeline for the Breckenridge Heritage Alliance Welcome Center, offering visitors an intuitive, media-rich journey through the town’s history. The A/V experience follows Breckenridge’s journey from its Native American origins through its gold-mining heyday and Victorian ski-town period, tying these historic moments to the character of the modern community.

The interactive combines imagery, animation, audio, and video to illustrate the chronology of the town’s development. Its inviting, easy-to-use interface allows visitors to explore events at their own pace, gaining insight into how Breckenridge’s past shaped the vibrant community it is today. By blending compelling storytelling with thoughtful media design, the exhibit creates a dynamic and accessible learning experience for visitors of all ages.
