RWD designed the West Virginia University Visitor Resource Center, creating a high-tech, interactive hub to orient visitors and showcase campus life. The design provides a clean, modern, and flexible space that supports both student engagement and university resources.

The center features a reception desk that facilitates interaction between staff and visitors, while exhibits highlight student, alumni, academic, and campus life experiences. Guests can explore the university’s offerings, learn about campus traditions, and get a personalized introduction to WVU.

Interactive technology is central to the experience. Multi-user touch tables allow collaborative exploration, an HD panoramic video display immerses visitors in campus stories, and a Kinect gesture-based course planning station enables new students to build schedules while engaging with the campus environment.
