A War With No Front Lines: South Carolina and the Vietnam War is a stirring exhibit we designed for the South Carolina Military Museum. Tackling the tough truths and difficult stories behind one of our nation’s most controversial and costly conflicts, this exhibit balances artifacts, narratives, interactives, and graphics for a cohesive experience that enriches the audience.
The exhibit was created keeping in mind that the soldiers, sailors, Marines and airmen of South Carolina who served in Vietnam have powerful stories to tell. This groundbreaking exhibit explores how this conflict, unlike any other in our history, was one that changed our politics, our culture and our very concept of ourselves as Americans.
