RWD planned and designed an improved visitor experience at the Norfolk Botanical Garden, featuring accessible signage and striking, modern tram stops. The scope of work for the project included entry ticketing analysis, campus identification signs, directional signs, regulatory signs, and various interpretive signs. Throughout the entire process, RWD consulted with local specialists. That research was pivotal for determining optimal ticketing techniques and applying those findings to the entry experience.

RWD finalized the overall look and feel of the tram stops and all signage families, including typographic specifications, colors, materials, and finishes for each graphic component. The result is a series of cohesive installations that amplify the beauty of the gardens while facilitating a smooth visitor experience.
